We love coming to One Line and visit regularly, which is why this has been disappointing. Unfortunately, Lyra consistently seems to have a negative attitude toward us. Aside from the recent comment about my boyfriend’s T-shirt, she regularly gives us unfriendly looks and comes across as rude whenever we come in. Most recently, my boyfriend was wearing a T-shirt from a local business that said “Jan6,” and the first thing she said when we walked in was, “I hate your shirt.” We respect that everyone has different opinions, but customers should be treated with courtesy regardless of their personal beliefs, clothing, or personal preferences. We’ve always been respectful and have never given her a reason to treat us differently. We enjoy your coffee and will continue supporting your business, but we hope all customers are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.

The menu is simple but with enough options. I asked the barista,Sky, to make me her personal favorite, and she did not disappoint. A cold brew with local honey, cinnamon, and a splash of oat milk that was absolutely perfect. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, with indie music at just the right volume, ideal for getting some work done without feeling rushed. We were visiting from out of state, but if we were locals this would absolutely be a regular spot. Highly recommend!

- coffee was very good and had great flavor balance. - staff were friendly and helpful. - service was quick. - prices are normal for the area. - place was clean and organized. - atmosphere was nice. - didn't have a wait time when I went. - parking can be frustrating to find depending on when you go and what's going on in the area. - overall a good first experience here.

Was craving a matcha and tried this spot out. They have some fun flavors like maple and I tried that out with my matcha - it was very light and enjoyable. The staff are super friendly and helpful with helping to figure out how to order my drink.

I have made many visits to this place. They are consistently excellent at the traditional espresso drinks, and especially at my favorite, the cortado. They are a coffee roaster, and the beans they sell are superb, some of the best I have had anywhere in the world. I don’t often try their pastries, but they do typically have a selection of sweet and savory options. They have some fun merch and sell a nice variety of coffee brewing accessories like filters for different brew methods, water kettles, chemex and hario products. It’s a great location in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus, which means it can fill up fast, and that parking can be tricky if not willing to walk a bit. Metered street parking is usually available nearby, but also some parking garages aren’t far. I think it is worth a walk regardless of how far. Love this place!
